Huawei p smart 2019

After cracking my screen on my Huawei P smart 2019, I decided to replace my screen with the assistance of YouTube. I bought all the tools off eBay and attempted the replacement. Which was successful and everything worked as it should, however I found that I had glued the screen slightly out of place so to rectify this I opened the phone again and when I tried to pry the screen off I might have heated it more than I should have, so now when I turn the phone on, for the first 10 secs the screen is perfect but then slowly I start to get horizontal lines appear and also colour starts to fade.

So the question is do I get a new Lcd? Or is it possible to fix this?
