Background

The Kontron Sigma 1, which is an ultrasound device created by Kontron, was developed to be used in the field of cardiovascular gynecology obstetrics. The machine's use is to be able to help through the pregnancy process to spot any problems that could be early or clear signs of cardiovascular disease as an ultrasound.

The Sigma 1 AC ultrasound comprises of processing and imaging electronics. It also includes a control panel with operating and adjustment controls, selection keys as well as an alphanumeric data input keyboard.
