Background
The Makita hedger is a hedge trimmer that is powered by a 4.6 AMP motor. It has a cutting speed of 3200 SPM. The blade length is 25" as well. The 2-hand switch is a safety feature put into play so that the motor only runs when grip is held with both hands. A blade tip guard protects the blade from wear and tear.

The is a handle toward the front by the blade, another handle toward the back, and another handle underneath that one allowing for different two-hand grips. There are three triggers: one located by the front handle, one located under the back handle, and one under the last handle. Two of the three triggers need to be pressed to turn on the hedger. There is a tool directly at the back of the appliance. The blade is red with jagged toothlike structures attached to it.
