Identification and Background Information

The Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-T100 is part of the T series of models in the Sony Cyber-Shot family. The T series in general is a very large collection of cameras. Sony's ultra-slim Cyber-shot T series, the T100 was advertised as being a 8-megapixel DSC-T100 camera with the most powerful zoom and largest LCD screen in Sony’s T-series (at the time of release). It features a Carl Zeiss 5x optical zoom and 3-inch LCD screen. It was offered in red, black and silver. It has HDTV output and, naturally, face detection technology.
