    • Don't rip the ear tip off using the end. Make sure you gently, but firmly pull the AirPod Pro ear tip from the earbud close to where it connects. It takes a little force, so don't be afraid to pull it out.

    Ear tips are easier to pull off when your fingers are very clean. I carefully wiped the base of the tip and my fingertips with isopropyl alcohol, which helped.
