hey, I'm working on my headphones rn because of a connectivity issue. I believe I found the problem: one of the bottom bundled cables is cracked on the plastic casing that connects the wires to the motherboard, and it's the bottom one (the one unplugged in your picture). Do you know that that wire/cord does? is it related to the Bluetooth or connectivity of the headphones?
I also just saw your profile picture and I'm from Alabama, roll tide
