This guide will show you how to safely and accurately remove and replace the motherboard from your headphones. The motherboard allows audio to be played wirelessly through any device such as a mobile phone. Symptoms that can result in a motherboard replacement can be found on our troubleshooting page.

    • The audio board is located inside the "Left" ear cup.

    • Use a pair of tweezers to carefully remove the yellow polyimide tape that is attached to the morherboard.

    • There will be three bundled cables attached to the motherboard. Carefully pull them out of each prong.

    • Make sure to take note of which one belongs where for reassembly later.

    • Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the four screws that hold the motherboard in place.

    • The cap on the outside of the headphones will fall off once the final screw is removed. Do not fear that something broke. Simply reattach during reassembly phase

hey, I'm working on my headphones rn because of a connectivity issue. I believe I found the problem: one of the bottom bundled cables is cracked on the plastic casing that connects the wires to the motherboard, and it's the bottom one (the one unplugged in your picture). Do you know that that wire/cord does? is it related to the Bluetooth or connectivity of the headphones?
