Position your hand vacuum so that you can see the text at the bottom saying "SpotClean ProHeat."

Remove the dirty water tank and the clean water tank that are located on either side.

Turn the device so that the bottom is facing up.

Remove the marked 19.7 mm screws using the Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the plastic covering.

Remove the plastic top located where the dirty water tank was previously situated.

Using the Phillips #00 screwdriver, unscrew the three screws located under the plastic cover that was previously removed.

Remove the plastic lip that was previously held by the screws.

Remove the 17.2 mm screws using the Phillips #00 Screwdriver to gain access to the water pump.

Pull the hose from the opposite end of the pump until it is fully removed.

Replace the previous non-working hose with a new working hose.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
