Introduction

This guide will show you how to replace the keyboard of the BlackBerry 8820. In order to do so, you must have a 1/16" diameter torx screwdriver and a plastic opening tool.

    • Remove the battery cover by applying pressure and sliding the silver square on the back of the phone downwards.

    • The keyboard will detach from the casing with a small amount of pressure.
