Introduction
This guide will show you how to properly replace a faulty USB or headphone input in your Cisco Meraki MC74-HW. The following seven (7) steps will guide you through the replacement. This project is meticulous so patience and care are necessary while fixing the USB/headphone jack. A pair of tweezers and a JIS #00 screwdriver are required for this project to replace the board.

Extend the stand as far away as possible from the device.

Remove all four 3 mm Hex 2 screws from the stand.

Insert a plastic spudger between the back housing cover and the sensor cover piece.

Work your way slowly around the edges of the device until all the clips have been unclipped.

Remove the three 2 mm screws holding the USB and headphone jack inputs board using a JIS #00 screwdriver.

Carefully lift the board until you have clear access to the electronic connector.

Disconnect the electronic connector on the board using a pair of reverse tweezers.

Carefully lift the board to remove it from the device.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
