Introduction

If your Dell XPS 15 9560 is unable to connect to any wireless network, and no solution has been found by changing software settings or troubleshooting the router, the problem may lie in the wireless card. At these times, the wireless card may be damaged or faulty and a replacement is needed.

The wireless card is responsible for receiving a wireless network signal and allowing you to access the internet.
