The Atlas pasta machine has many moving parts, but there aren't any tight tolerances or complicated mechanisms. That makes this disassembly/reassembly tedious but not too difficult.
-
The manual says you shouldn't use water when cleaning it. It also doesn't give you any disassembly instructions. The manual is wrong and gross. Take it apart once and see the globs of raw-egg-y dough stuck in all the guts and I think you'll agree.

That said, I assume they're worried about rust so dry all parts thoroughly as soon as you're done washing. You can use a hair dryer to speed up the process for tiny nooks and crannies.

People also use the Atlas pasta machines for working with polymer clay, so I put it in the title so they can find this guide too. :)

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
