Introduction
The tips in this guide are easy to follow and detailed to ensure you resize or adapt your watch bracelet quickly. These steps assist in arriving at a secure and comfortable clasp while making or altering the links or adjusting the clasp, which will retain the quality of your watch.
Tools
-
-
Use a small screwdriver to remove the screws on one side of the bracelet (there are several screws, choose the most accessible). This will open the watch bracelet.
-
-
-
While applying constant tension in an outward direction, with a spring bar tool, carefully release the spring bar from its retaining hole in the watch case.
-
-
-
Continuing to apply constant tension, remove the spring bar from its retaining hole in the watch case on the other side. This will release the bracelet from the case, allowing us to access the links we need to add or remove more easily.
-
-
-
If adding a link, align it with the bracelet, insert the screw, and secure it by screwing it in place.
-
-
-
Reattach the links by inserting screws into the holes, ensuring each screw is tight and the links are secure.
-
-
-
To reattach the bracelet to the watch case, thread the spring bar through the bracelet and case link.
-
-
-
Carefully place this assembly on the underside of the watch case. Apply tension to the springbar using the spring bar tool, and move the spring bar inside the case opening.
-
-
-
Move the assembly around inside the case opening until you feel the spring bar slot into its retaining hole in the case.
-
-
-
If further smaller adjustments are needed, adjust the clasp mechanism. Use a pen to depress the spring bar holding the clasp in place while applying pressure towards the desired direction.
-
-
-
Depress the other side of the spring bar so that the clasp slides into and is even within the mechanism.
-
-
-
Lastly, Ensure a good fit, such that the watch doesn’t move too much and also doesn’t constrict the movement of the user.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
