Gather a socket, extension, ratchet, needle-nose pliers, flat-head screwdriver, trim tool, flashlight, bucket, and safety gloves.

Unbolt and lift the battery tray out of the engine compartment to access the washer tank area.

Remove or loosen the fasteners on the inner fender so you can pull it back and reach the washer tank.

Disconnect the hose leading to the wipers and drain the washer fluid into a suitable container.

Carefully lower and pull the old washer tank from the engine compartment without spilling fluid.

Separate the pump and sensor from their grommets and remove the mounting nuts for transfer to the new tank.

Seat the sensor and pump gently into their new grommets and secure the mounting nuts on the replacement tank.

Position the new washer tank where the old one was removed and align it with the mounting holes.

Secure the new tank with the top and bottom bolts then reinstall the inner fender and battery tray.
