Introduction

This guide is for replacing the sealing ring for the Instant Pot 60 EPC. Consider following this guide if you have issues with steam leaking around the top of the Instant Pot lid, a damaged sealing ring, or issues retaining pressure.

    • Remove the lid from the InstantPot.

    • Examine the piece for any damage unrelated to the rubber ring.

    • Press into one of the four divots around the edge of the sealing ring.

    • Pinch the rubber sealing ring between two fingers.

    • Insert the replacement ring.

    • Ensure the seal is completely inserterd into the grove on all sides.
