There is no reason you may 'need' this replacement unless your device is dealing with some sort of corruption. Any other reasons may be personal reasons such as data transfer.

    • Flip the device upside down. Remove the bottom panel. Unscrew all 9 screws.

    • Some screws may not lift out of the panel. If this happens, simply loosen all screws and lift the entire panel off of the device.

    • Unscrew the screw holding the storage card in place.

    • Make sure you uncrew the right card. The card is located near the top. (assuming the battery is the closest to you) It isn't the one all the way at the top, it is below the one at the top and is slightly bigger.

    • Carefully wiggle the storage card out of the port.

    • Insert your replacement storage card and put the screw back in.

    • The card may sit on top of the spot where the screw enters. This is okay, as long as it is only the orangish/brownish part.

    • Put on the back panel by putting the screws in their original places and tightening them.
