Introduction

If your running out of RAM, or don't have enough storage, try upgrading your thinkpad.

    • Unscrew the 8 screws holding the back panel in place.

    • Use a plastic prying tool to release all the clips holding the panel in place.

    • In the RAM slot, you will see 2 metal clips on either side. Pull on both and the ram will pop up.

    • Take out the stick of RAM.

    • Insert your new stick of RAM and push downwards.

    • Unscrew the SSD/HDD placer

    • Then, remove and pull the SSD/HDD out.

    • Put in your new SSD.

    • Re-Plug the SATA Connector.
