Using a heating pad, hair dryer, or heat gun, heat up the edges of the LCD screen.

Lift up the front facing camera to make room for a spudger.

With the LCD screen still warm, use a spudger to push on the screen from the gap created by lifting up the front facing camera .

Wedge a card or other thin object in the screen separation.

Slide the card or other object around the perimeter of the screen to maximize separation.

Lift up the two orange cables connecting the screen to the phone.

Remove the screen.
