    • Be careful around the middle of the device, you could puncture the battery.

    • Pry the back cover off with the jimmy, starting from the bottom, ending at the top.

    • Disconnect the battery.

    • Undo the LCD cable extender.

    • Lift up and remove battery.

    • Disconnect speaker, be careful to not break off the wires from the connector.

    • Next, remove the speaker from it's bracket.

    • Remove the black screws on the top and bottom of the device.

    • Lift the LCD panel out of place and put in new one.
