Introduction

The Ricoh Super 8 800oz uses an 8mm film cartridge. Inside the camera, hooks latch onto the film and rotate the reel. These hooks may break from wear and tear, material fatigue, or improperly loading the film. Replacing broken hooks will prevent the film from scratching, creasing, or tearing.
