Double check to make sure your Ryobi D620H drill is UNPLUGGED.

The outside case of the Ryobi D60H drill must be removed in order to do any repairs. These instructions will tell you how.

    • Turn the drill so that the screws (circled in red) face upwards.

    • Use the T20 screwdriver to remove all nine screws.

    • Insert a flat object between the right and left sides of the drill to lift the right side of the case.

    • Remove the right side case to expose the inside of the drill.

Conclusion

Replace the outside case by placing it back and fastening all nine screws back on with the T20 screwdriver.
