Introduction

If you need a new analog because yours is jammed and dirty, then this is where you need to be. On this replacement guide our team will be fixing the analog stick on a SAFFUN Wireless N64 Controller. For this replacement you will need a 3.5 fixit screw driver, a 1.5 Jakemy screw driver, and a soldering tool. There aren't any difficult steps in this replacement, just follow along!

    • For step 1, I used a 3.5 screw driver to unscrew the 7 base screws and 1.5 screw driver to unscrew the 2 upper screws.

    • For step two, we used the same 3.5 screw driver to unscrew the 3 screws around the component.

    • Then we unscrewed the three screws on the component.

    • For step 3, we used a soldering tool to etch off the board.

    • We took off all three sides as you can see in the photos.

    • After doing that, we replaced the piece and put it back together.

    • We screwed the screws back into the back and pushed the front and back pieces together. Now the analog is successful
