Introduction

This guide can be used to replace or improve RAM (Random Access Memory) in a Toshiba Satellite L650

    • (Right Side-Image 1) Pull clip outwards until it sticks

    • (Left side-Image 1/2) While pulling clip outwards, pull the battery with your other hand.

    • When re-assembling, push the battery in then engage right clip (red box)

    • (Image 1) Unscrew the screw with a Phillips Head #00

    • (Image 2) Two clips are located at the top. Dissengage them and lift the panel.

    • A spudger can be used, but is not required.

    • When re-assembling, put the clips of the cover in first, then screw

    • Push the clips on the side out

    • Pull the RAM out of the slot

    • Only hold the RAM from the side

    • When re-assembling, make sure to put the RAM the right way up. Insert it into the slot then push down.
