Introduction
Is your Schildkraut Cup Warmer not keeping your delicious beverage warm? The heating element might be broken or corroded. Follow this guide to access the heating assembly and diagnose any problems it might be having. Just make sure to unplug the device before doing so—you don't want to burn yourself!

Flip over the cup warmer so that the underside is facing up.

Use your fingers or a spudger to lift and peel away the rubber pads.

Remove the four 10 mm screws using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.

Flip over the cup warmer so that the top side is facing up, then lift away the front plate.

Insert a spudger under the cover of the heating assembly and pry it off.

Gently pull on the switch assembly and the LED to free it from the back plate.

Gently pull on the wire section connected directly to the power cord and the wire connected to the heating assembly to unclip them from the back plate.

You can now remove all the internal components from the back plate.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
