    • Remove the 6 philips head screws using the PH1 bit.

    • Remove the 3 philips head screws holding in the green circuit board

    • Unclip the battery pack and replace it with another one.

    the flat cable being short might disconnect.

    If so reconnect the flat cable then connect the battery

Good instructions. I had one problem when removing the green circuit card. The ribbon cable came out. On mine there was a small black retention bar that I flipped open to allow the ribbon cable to reinsert, then I returned the retention bar back down to secure the ribbon cable in place. It worked fine after that.

It would be nice if the article addressed the 6 rubber pads that cover the screws. There doesn't seem to be a way to remove them without damaging them, and you need them in order to use the speaker without it rattling and moving about from vibrations.
