    • Remove the six screw covers with a spudger.

    • Remove the six 11 mm Phillips screws from the bottom panel.

    • Remove the bottom panel of the speaker.

    Geez, they make it a 'challenge' to get those gaskets under the batt covers off.

    Don't make ant immediate plans....call your wife, you're gonna be a little late.

    • Disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard.

    • Remove the battery.

    looks like 2 x 18650 batteries in a heatshrink sleeve..

    • Remove the two Phillips screws from the I/O board.

    • Remove the front panel to the speaker by pushing on the two tabs in the corners.

    It's frustrating knowing this task is pretty easy yet having no idea where to purchase a replacement IO board....

    • Carefully remove the I/O board from the speaker.

    Is the I/0 board available, mine is damaged and the took it to repair shop but they are saying it cant be repaired
