Introduction
Speakers are used daily to produce an audio that can be heard by an individual or even a group of thousands of people. Speakers work by receiving audio input from phone or computer, and that works by using an adaptor or bluetooth. Speakers work by converting electronic signal waves into sound waves. As time goes on, speakers become more and more expensive. Therefore, it’s important that people learn how speakers work so they can fix them. The speaker that we will be focusing on is a TVI Speaker and it sells for approximately $100. In the center of the TVI speaker, there’s a disk that is used to connect multiple cables and that’s how the electronic signal waves converts into sounds waves. Through time that disk could be really dangerous if it’s not being taken care of the right way, it could even catch on fire and ruin the entire speaker. Instead of having people purchasing a new TVI speaker every couple of months, we have found a way to fix it. We would begin by removing the 4-8 screws that are located on the edge of the cover of the speaker and then remove the cover. Once that is done, we can rigorously unattach the cables that connected to the disk to remove the disk. Once that is done, we can place the new disk where the old disk was at and reattach the cables. Lastly, we would put the cover and the 4-8 screws back.

The original coil must have a can placed over it. The suspension must be glued with gorilla glue then the cone. The dust cover needs to be glued in the center of the speaker. The surround then has to be glued around the speakers frame, but carefully as there are screw holes that must be cleared from the surround. Wait for the glue to harden.
