    • The release latch used in the first step consists of small metal spring and a plastic insert. This is easily removed with a pair of tweezers.

    • The battery is located under a black circular cover in the center of the key, and sealed with an orange O-ring. All of the are easily lifted out.

    • The black plastic internals are clipped in and can be removed by gently prying the sides away from the inside. The internals house the battery and contacts the circuit board at two points to pass power to the board.
