I am a 14 y/o who likes to help fix things. Also, I am a student repairer for my school, helping to fix many Chromebooks and computers. I am a person who prefers Windows, Ubuntu Linux and Android, but I can fix other things.

Since I was 8 years old, I have been obsessed with technology, wanting to explore how things work physically and digitally. My parents used to have a Dell computer that ran Windows 7, and whenever I could, I would go on the computer and mess around with things, learning how things worked. The last thing I remember doing before the computer was put away was (accidentally) breaking the built-in McAfee antivirus. I couldn't fix it, so it had to be reinstalled.

Then, I had an Amazon Kindle Fire, 4th gen (Android 4.1.1). I was always exploring how to change things on it, and make things better. I was eventually able to root the device using an app called Kingroot, and "Systemized" all of the Google Play services and the Google Play Store using Lucky Patcher along with Kingroot. Yes, I am a modder. I also disabled the original home screen and systemized Launcher < 3 So that I could navigate the device better. There were many other things I did, but I can't remember.

I still have the device, but the LCD is damaged. I think it's the battery, since it's getting quite old, and can barely hold a charge. I need to get the tools to take this thing apart and remove the potential spicy pillow. (Ouch!)

I also have a Chromebook, which was a gift from my school's IT department, as a thank you for helping to fix Chromebooks thing. It's an Acer C720 series, which is my favorite in design, and one of those Chromebooks that uses an Intel Celeron. It runs Ubuntu 24.04 on the original 16GB SSD. While I do have a replacement, I'm not going to change it, yet.

Oh, the Magnifying glass? I am always exploring, searching things, and that's how I found Ifixit.
