Hello, my name is Sabastien Paige. I am currently attending the University of North Texas aiming for a Bachelors in cybersecurity and potentially a minor in music. In the future I plan on earning a job as a network technician and making music.

A large part of my life has been either dedicated or involved with music. From middle school all the way up to high school I had a major interest in music, in both its performance and also its creation. What started off from a simple joke video I found when I was 8 turned into a love for the art and a long path that involved a lot of failure and practicing. The networking side came later, as I began learning stuff about computers during my years in high school. I learned two strings of code in order to fix a problem I had, but I never fully understood how they worked. That mixed in with the fact that my uncle was also a network technician cause me to investigate the field further.

Music has given me a lot of memories that I hold close. Starting with the end of my junior year, our band took a trip to Hawaii. We went to the Polynesian Cultural Center to understand the different lifestyles of the Hawaiian people, tried new foods, and even got to hike Diamond Head. After that, our marching band was able to make state for the first time in the school's history. It was an incredible moment hearing our school's name announced at area and seeing the emotion our band felt. We talked a lot about creating a band culture centered around having fun but also working hard for success, and I'm proud to say that we finally manage to achieve the goal we set out to complete

I do have a few hobbies. Two of my mains ones are playing video games and playing music. Both are a sort of stress reliever for me, but I enjoy performing with others. I've dabbled a little bit in music production and I've started to take an interest in photography. Both are difficult to get right, but its something that I like to do when it feels right.
