Hello!
My name is Tori Vineyard. I am a University of North Texas sophomore majoring in Criminal Justice.
About me
I am majoring in Criminal Justice because I plan to promote change in our incarceration system by becoming a lawyer. I look forward to getting experience on how to write in the best way for my audience. This will not only help me in my future career but my everyday life. Above is a picture of me catching a frog after graduation.

My Past
You could find me on a soccer field for most of my life since I played for 12 years. This sport takes discipline, a strong work ethic, and endurance. I was team captain of the Allen, High School women’s soccer team. Leading my team to win the whole district was an experience I will never forget.
Accomplishments
I am certified in (RAD) Rape, Aggression, and Defence. This is a safety program in which police officers train women in realistic self-defense tactics. These tactics do not require strength, but smart moves to help you get out of situations. It is understood that in stressful situations people panic, and so in this group, they put us in hypothetical situations (suited up in padding) where we have to practice what we learned.
Hobbies
- reading
- watching movies
- working
- taking my cat on walks
- jogging
- cleaning
Wrap Up
While I haven’t done very many projects yet, I am excited to see what I will learn through IFixit.
