• School—University of Massachusetts Dartmouth
  • Major—Computer Science. I chose this major because it is something that I love doing, and it will also help me progress to the career that I'd like to have long-term.
  • Aspirations—My plan is to begin as a Software Engineer once I graduate, and then transition to some form of Product or Project Management once I have some experience as a developer.
  • Skills—Organization, Prioritization, Time Management.
  • Projects/accomplishments—Is there anything you’ve built/made/done that you’re proud of?
  • Repair experience—I have not fixed anything to date, but I'd be interested in learning how to fix everyday devices (i.e. computers, tablets, laptops).
  • Accolades—I graduated high school Cum Laude, and have received both Chancellor's and Dean's list in my two years of college.
  • Groups/memberships—I am the secretary for UMass Dartmouth's ACM club.
  • Hobbies—I enjoy reading, crocheting, and horseback riding.
  • How does this project relate to you?—This project will benefit me by giving me experience with machines and their makeup, even if it's a machine that's not one I'd be using in my day-to-day life.
  • Any other fun facts you’d like to add?—I have an Australian Shepherd named Dexter! I impulsively bought him while visiting family in Missouri and then had to drive back to MA with him because he was too big for the plane (even though he was still a puppy)!
