Good morning (or afternoon, or evening)!
Hello, my name is Gerson Campos, and I'm a freshman at the University of North Texas. I'm planning to major in IT, as I've always had a passion for the hardware side of electronics. My plans are to either become a manager at a computer management company, or have my own electronics repair business.
About me:
Since I was a small child, I've always had a big interest in computers. My parents took note of this, and I almost always had some form of technology to play around with, and I believe that this is what helped my interest develop into a passion. What really made this something I want to pursue as a career was when I bought my first electronics repair toolkit with my own money (as a 9 year old that was a big deal), and I was able to fix one of my parent's phones. Since then, I've become the token repair person in my family, and I actually really enjoy it.
Hobbies:
I absolutely love making computers out of random parts. I find it so fun to make one singular computer out of many, or just a computer that shouldn't exist but it does, such as this one:
Favorite food:
- Pupusas (I'm a proud 🇸🇻)
- Philly cheese steak
- Chicken soup
- Shawarma
- Katsudon
