Past:
In high school, I participated in a Toyota Hackathon, where my team and I won a scholarship for coding micro:bits to help parents locate lost children. We used block coding and JavaScript to create features like a tracker, calming sounds, an LED message, and a proximity beacon within the micro:bits. I also earned certifications, including OSHA 30 and Vex V5, while honing my hands-on skills by fixing laptops, cleaning devices, and building Legos. Additionally, I was the president of the esports club at my high school and competed in over 20 gaming tournaments. Although I developed strong gaming abilities, I chose to focus on other pursuits rather than continue down that path, but I'll still show you my top 5 games.
Future:
Now, I’m focused on earning my degree in Mechanical and Energy Engineering at the University of North Texas. I study daily to keep my grades in good standing, and I’m preparing to take both the CompTIA ITF+ and Part 107 Drone exams. These certifications, combined with my love for building and tinkering, will help me move forward in my career, where I hope to merge my technical expertise with hands-on work in the field of engineering and innovation. I plan to also use my Drone license for a side gig as a drone photographer and you'll see the drone I use. I use the DJI Mini 2.
My top 5 games:
- Star Wars Battlefront 2
- Star Wars The Force Unleashed 2
- Titanfall 2
- Detroit Become Human
- Apex Legends (Over 8,000 hours in the game)
