Driven by an unwavering resolve and a strong work ethic, I am currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering at UMass Dartmouth. My choice of major stems from a desire to embrace challenges and develop the critical skills necessary to navigate complex concepts and demanding situations. With a solid foundation in biology, a field I have long been passionate about, I aim to leverage my education to innovate medical products tailored for the elderly.

My motivation is deeply rooted in my experiences with the elderly, as I have come to appreciate the quality of life that many take for granted in their youth. I believe that through engineering, I can contribute to enhancing the quality of life for this demographic, helping them regain a better state of well-being.

While I may lack professional experience in repair and maintenance, my childhood endeavors with technology have instilled in me a keen interest in fixing things. I am not currently affiliated with any organizations beyond my general church community, but I invest my free time in the arts, exploring various forms of media such as drawing, storytelling, and music.

I am confident that the challenges I face in technology repair will cultivate patience, perseverance, and problem-solving skills—qualities essential for success in my field. I look forward to applying these skills in pursuit of my aspirations.
