Hi! My name is Ethan Peoples, I am a Freshman at Cuesta Community College and I am majoring in Mechanical Engineering. I hope to get a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly SLO and design things to help make the world just a little bit better.

So far, I have created one tutorial on how to create 3D printer seals for an Ultimaker 3D printer. During this process, I used Fusion360 extensively and created many different molds before settling on my final design.

This is a picture of the final design I created with my first tutorial.

Other than that project, I have fixed many little things throughout my life, and I hope to learn how to fix anything I come across. I have always aspired to be a capable handyman and be able to preserve/ create any objects I could ever need.

I belong to Cuesta College's STEM club and in my free time, I like to hang out with my friends and design things to print with my 3D printer.

My team is currently working on a tutorial on repairing a Casio Piano Keyboard. I hope to use this project to improve my knowledge of the repair world and help me with future projects.

Skills:

  • I enjoy mathematics, especially Calculus and am pretty good at it.
  • I have done quite a bit of CAD, but am not quite proficient.
  • I am well versed in using 3D and resin printers and have had a little experience with CNC mills, router tables, and laser cutters.
