Hello! My name is Vishvam Modi, and I am an Information Technology major at Austin Community College. I am passionate about technology and have always been fascinated by the way things work. Growing up, I would take apart old gadgets to see how they operated, and I loved the thrill of putting them back together – sometimes even better than before!
My journey with technology began when I was a kid, watching my father troubleshoot our family computer and learning the basics of programming through simple games. Those moments sparked a lifelong interest in IT, and I’m now dedicated to learning as much as I can in the field.
Alongside technology, I enjoy working on DIY projects and experimenting with electronics. I recently refurbished an old laptop, built my own desktop computer, and repaired various devices for friends and family. Fixing things is a hobby that not only saves money but also brings a lot of satisfaction, and I'm excited to join the iFixit community to further explore the art of repair.
In addition to my studies, I have a keen interest in cybersecurity and hope to make a meaningful impact in protecting digital systems in the future.
