Introduction
This is a guide that will help people who have a Bluetooth speaker that looks like the one in the image. I do have to warn: This device has many similarities to others you may find or have. This device that I am talking about may be a "knock-off" of what you have. If you believe that this guide will help, go ahead and use it.
-
-
The Device you see may look similar to one you may already have, but before you continue, I would like to say that this device is a Generic, low quality Bluetooth Speaker. If you are unsure if this is the speaker you have, then check the manual [If you still have it!] Is is poorly translated or not written right? If the answer is Yes, then this is it.

If the device has something rattling in it, OPEN IT UP! Using a Phillips Head Screwdriver, Remove the two screws from the bottom. In my image, these are visible but your speaker may have those hidden. Using the tip of the Phillips Head Screwdriver, rub the bottom "foot"[or pad] of the device until you find the two craters that indicate screw holes.
-
You can either poke a hole in the "foot" or peel some of it away, but it's very sticky.
-
-
-
Locate the Blue Battery in the Speaker. If it's loose, Place some tape on the battery, and attach it to the case. This is to avoid any fire risks associated with loose batteries.
-
Once Attached, go ahead and close the Speaker up, using the two Phillips Head Screws.
-
-
-
Filp the power switch On. Wait until the device says "Bluetooth Mode".
-
On your smart device with Bluetooth, turn Bluetooth on, and look for your speaker's name. Commonly, these go by BT SPEAKER.
-
To control your Device using the speaker: Hold Back to lower volume, Press Play/Pause to Play or Pause the sound, Hold Forward to raise volume, Press Back or Forward to change songs.
-
-
-
Turn on the speaker, and press the M [Mode] button once. The Speaker should say "FM Mode" or "Radio Mode".
-
Connect a power lead to the charging port of the Speaker. You don't have to plug it into a charging source, the cable serves as the FM antenna.
-
Place the Speaker and cable in a place where you would get the best FM signals. Outside is preferred.
-
Press and hold the M button until the Speaker goes silent. The Speaker will briefly play the stations it detects. I would recommend waiting 30 seconds before checking the Speaker. When the Speaker is done, the Speaker will stay on the same station.
-
To switch between radio stations, press the Back or the Forward button. To Mute or Unmute the Speaker, press Play/Pause. To Adjust Volume, hold either the Back or Forward buttons.
-
-
-
Turn on the Speaker and hit the M button twice. The Speaker should say "AUX Mode". Plug in a DataUSB MicroB cable into both the speaker's charging port and the computer. The computer should detect the speaker, and you should be able to play from it.
-
You should also be able to use this mode with your Mobile Devices, but you have to plug the USB-A side into the Speaker.
-
Now you know how to use the device!
